The OZ ON HOLD Products:
Oz OnHold provides two options for your on hold telephone messaging system.
(A) The OzOnHold PC System
The Oz OnHold PC System is a simple computer program which runs on a PC computer in your office during work hours. Your PC will need to be turned on during all work hours and will need to have a sound card. You don't need to be a computer nut to operate this program - When we say simple- we really mean simple, easy and effective! When you insert the OzOnHold CD, the program will automatically guide you through an easy installation and then run automatically. Easy!
Script the Message you would like to play to your callers, or we can do it for you, and email it through to us at (info@ozonhold.com). We will then record your message, call you for a quick phone consultation and let you approve or append it, and then send you your customized message and Oz On Hold Program on a CD.

TO INSTALL: 1. You simply insert the Oz OnHold Program Disk and follow the simple instructions to install the program into your "Program File Folder" on your main hard drive. 2. Most importantly --- You will then need to connect your computers "headphones / audio OUTPUT" ** to your On Hold INPUT jack^^ in your office's telephone system; with the lead that we supply to whatever length you need. |

^^ Your office telephone box should already have an OnHold Input jack, located on the fornt - as pictured, or possibly on the side. If it does not, you will need to contact your telephone system company to have one installed. This is an easy and inexpensive step in the process of installing your OzOnHold. |
3. You will need to adjust the volume for your callers to hear your message with the volume control either in your computer controls or on your computer's speakers. Call yourself, or put yourself on hold to test the playback and volume levels.

(B) The Oz On Hold Solid State System
The Oz On Hold Solid State Unit is a small box which comes with a small power supply included. This small box has a sound card inserted in it, which plays your message continuosly. You simply plug the audio jack into your on hold jack in your telephone box located in your office.
To update, send your script through and we will post the updated chip to your office, via the post. The chip will only play the oz on hold.file that we send to you (sorry! you can't just update it yourself!)

The Solid State System: - The Solid State Player (small white square box) - The Sound chip with oyur message recorded onto it. -The power supply for the Player - A Male to Male 3.5mm audio lead. One end plugs into the player and the other end leads to your telephone box in your building. |
