1. How much is the Oz On Hold program?
For the OZ ON HOLD PC System~ a one off payment of $499.00 .
For the Oz On Hold Solid State System~ a one off payment of $599.00. No ongoing rental payments. No Hassles.
2. How much are updates? $155.00. And you get a 10% discount on your Oz On Hold Birthday!!! We'll send you a birthday card!
3. Does the Oz On Hold Program play other music files? No, The Oz On Hold Program only recognised the Oz On Hold sound file supplied by the Hughes Group for both systems.
4. Do you have male and female voices for the message recordings? Yes, you can specify male and female voice overs, alternatively for each paragraph or whatever you want! If you would like to use external voice over artists, addtional charges will apply.
5. How long should/could the message be? It can be a as long or as short as you like. We suggest around 3 minutes long. Which is around 300 words.
6. I can't find the on hold jack on my telephone box??? The jack is usually located on the side or the front of your telephone box in your building. It is usually labelled "onhold" as most companies plug a radio into it. It is small- 3.5mm. If you can't find it, track down your local and friendly telephone / communications consultant.
7. What kind of music do you use in the background? Can i use my own personalised jingle? We have a selection of royalty free jingles of varying tempos and feels to use as your background music. We can also create music to suit your message. Yes, you can use your own jingle, send it through to us. The better the quality, the better it will sound (avoid mp3's if you can!). If you use your own jingle, a small addtional charge will apply.
8. Do you have any script suggestions? Can i get some help to write it? Yes indeed! Contact us, we are more than happy to help. Don't forget to add- "Thanks for your call, we will return as soon as possible". Fill in our Questionaire and we can have it done for you!
9. Why do you make On Hold Systems? Don't you guys make aircraft? Yes! Our manager, Howard, is a little eccentric and a little innovative. He wanted an on hold system for our company and started researching into the companies that make them and found them all to be insanely priced, and all with on-going rental and fees and costs. So he set out to make an on hold system for the small business market. Something we, and you, can actually afford. Oz On Hold has simply grown, over a decade, through word of mouth. If you arent happy with our service, please give us your feedback, if you are, please tell a fellow small business owner.
10. How do i find the On On Hold Files on my computer?

Really. It's a One off cost. You can pay us extra money if you want, but no. No Extra, Endless, Ongoing fees. That's SILLY!
